HERKIMER, NY -- The Herkimer Volleyball team fell to Fulton-Montgomery 0-3 (17-25, 20-25, 3-25) in a Mountain Valley Conference match on Tuesday night.
The Generals fought in the first few sets, rallying back-and-forth before the Raiders powered through in each of the initial sets. The third set was the most decisive as the Raiders got off to a 13-1 start before eventually overwhelming the Generals to finish the match.
Herkimer will travel to Finger Lakes CC on Saturday to face off against the Lakers and the Monroe CC Tribunes in a POD match.
