Dear Herkimer Generals Athletic Alumni:

As we begin collecting information about you, our Herkimer Generals Athletic alumni, we want to find out as much as possible. We are very eager to get connected with each of you. You are the reason why our Herkimer Generals pride and winning tradition is so strong.

Below is a quick little information form we would like to have you fill out. We know things change so much over time and we want to make sure we have as much information as possible. Also in this day and age we know that email is HUGE, so please make sure we have your email you use the most. We will be sending you updates on your Herkimer Generals. If you know of other teammates that you keep in touch with please send them to our Alumni portion of the herkimergenerals.com or copy and paste the link in your browser above and e-mail it to them so we can re-connect with them as well.

As we collect this information we will be posting it on each of the sports alumni page so you as alumni can also get re-connected with former teammates. We will only be posting the following information for others to view on the website: Last Name, (Married Name), First Name, City, State, Year Graduated, e-mail address.
