Herkimer Track and Field Competes at Utica College
Utica NY- On April 9th the Herkimer Track and Field team, traveled to Utica College to compete in the UC invitational. Avion Harris (Niagara Falls, NY) led the Generals with an outstanding performance in the 800 meters finishing 6th overall with a time of 2:06.8 Notorious Gue (Unadilla, NY) had his best day Triple Jumping finishing with a personal best 40' 2 ¾" and placed 6th. Jynnae Stevens (Schenectady, NY) placed 7th in the Women's 100 and 200 Meter Dash. Ja'Nia Ray (Syracuse, NY) ran a personal best in the 100 Hurdles passing the finish line in 18.5 seconds.
The Generals are back in action Saturday (4/21) when they travel to SUNY Cortland for the Cortland Classic.
