SARANAC LAKE, NY -- Through adverse conditions in northern New York, the Herkimer Women's Soccer Team fought its way to a 2-0 victory over North Country CC on Saturday afternoon.
Sophomore Lydia Reimer continued scoring in bunches with two goals separated by less than five minutes in the first half. Her two goals were enough for the Generals to hold on against their Mountain Valley Conference foe.
Next up, the Generals play cross-town rival, and No. 5 ranked Mohawk Valley CC on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 4:30 PM.
