The Generals Competed at SUNY Cortland in the “Upstate Alternative Meet”

Cortland, NY - The Men's team had their best performances of the early season as Avion Harris, Landon Kepple, Brain Reile qualified for the NJCAA National Championships next month. Harris, the defending National Champion in the 1500 Meters, turned in his best time of the season running 4:11 and finished 4th overall. Kepple placed second in the 400 Meter Intermediate Hurdles with a time of 59.74 which qualified him for Nationals. Herkimer native Brian Reile qualified by finishing 6th overall in 16.43 in the 110-Meter-High Hurdles. Harris also qualified for Nationals by placing first in the Men's 3000 Meter Steeplechase. Reile also finished 2nd overall in the High Jump.
