The Generals Continue Record Breaking Pace at Cazenovia Tri-Meet
Herkimer traveled to Utica University for a tri-meet with Utica and Medaille College. Herkimer's men's team featured Edson Matlombe's debut with him swimming in the 50 and 100 yard freestyle. He also allowed the Men's team to swim relays. The Generals were able to win both the 400 medley and the 200 freestyle relay (swam by Riley Thompson, Matthew Travis, Edson Matlombe, and Shuta Nishimura). Shuta Nishimura was also successful in yet again breaking the college record for the 200 yard breaststroke. For the women's team, Jasmine Martin was able to place 2nd in the 50 free and 3rd in the 100 Free, while Madison Campagna had strong swims in all of her events as well.
