Varsity Gymnasium

It is the venue for our home basketball and volleyball contests and many other events. The intimate setting and favorable acoustics make the varsity gym an excellent home court. It is also the primary gymnasium for our physical education classes. Many high school contests and community events are held in the Varsity Gym. These events include high school sectional playoffs games, wrestling and karate tournaments, along with musical performances. Herkimer College's annual commencement is held here. The gym has a capacity of just under 2000 people.
