Charlie LaQuay, Utica, NY, was a technical assistant in the Athletic Department from 1989 to 2000. He served as intramurals director, budget manager, equipment manager, supervisor of open gym and official clock operator and time keeper. LaQuay is a sports enthusiast who demonstrated a tremendous commitment to his job and the Herkimer Generals athletic program.
