Olivia Perry

Freshman softball standout Olivia Perry has been named the Herkimer Generals Green & Gold Athlete of the Month for April after a tremendous month in the circle that helped power the Generals during their postseason push.

Perry emerged as the ace of the Herkimer pitching staff, logging an impressive 131 innings during the month while striking out 177 batters. Her dominance and durability gave the Generals a steady presence every time she took the field.

She finished April with 10 victories and a 1.68 WHIP while consistently shutting down opposing lineups in key matchups throughout the month. Perry’s ability to pitch deep into games and deliver in pressure situations played a major role in the team’s success as the Generals battled for playoff positioning.

The freshman quickly established herself as one of the top pitchers in the region, providing leadership and consistency in the circle despite the demanding workload.
