Triston Henry, October Athlete of the Month

Men’s soccer goalkeeper Triston Henry, from Scarborough, Ontario, helped lead the Generals to three consecutive shutouts in the Region III playoffs. Henry had a 2-0 shutout against Mohawk Valley Community College, a 2-0 shutout against SUNY Adirondack and a 1-0 shutout against the #1 seed, Genesee Community College, when he made three saves in the last 15 minutes of the game. He allowed only seven goals in 16 games this season and had eight shutouts. “Triston has played tremendous in the post season so far. He made two of the most unbelievable saves against Genesee that I have ever seen,” said coach Pepe Aragon. Henry is a freshman criminal justice major at HCCC.
