Ariel Montes, March Athlete of the Month

The Female Athlete of the Month is Women’s Lacrosse player Ariel Montes, a Liberals Arts & Sciences: General Studies major from New Rochelle, NY. Coach Dianna Ste-Marie said “Ariel had nine goals, three assists, 23 ground balls and 14 draw controls in three games. She is dominant when it comes to draw controls and ground balls. Ariel works very hard at all times. She pushes herself for the good of the team in all games and practices even while fighting injuries. She is an all-around player, making it easy to put her anywhere on the field with confidence.”
