Kaitlin Winnie, December Athlete of the Month

The Female Athlete of the Month is Kaitlin Winnie, Women’s Swimming and Diving, Accord, NY. A Liberal Arts & Sciences: Physical Education freshman, Winnie has improved her 50 freestyle time in a short period, a difficult thing to do in a sprinting event, according to Coach Vicki Brown. “She works incredibly hard in practice, and is quick to ask how she can continue to improve. Kaitlin is proving to be a huge asset to the women’s team. She’s an incredible team leader and is respected by her teammates.
