Donnell Davis and Cam Borges Set PR's; Borges Becomes NJCAA All-American
The Herkimer Generals Men's Track and Field team capped off the 2025 outdoor season with a strong showing at the NJCAA Division III National Championships, with both Donnell Davis and Cam Borges earning 11 total team points and a top-15 national finish.
Thursday, May 8 – Day 1 Highlights
The Generals first runner of the event was sophomore Donnell Davis, who finished in fourth-place with a 34:49.21 in the 10,000 meter race.
Friday, May 9 – Day 2 Highlights
On a rainy day, sophomore Cam Borges delivered a standout performance. His throw of 12.55 meters placed him third overall, securing six team points for the Generals and earning All-American honors in the event. It was his furthhest throw in the shotput in his college career.
Saturday, May 10 – Day 3 Highlights
Herkimer was back in action in the men's discus, where Borges competed again. Unfortunately, he registered a foul, recording no mark in the finals and finishing outside the scoring ranks.

Herkimer finished the championship with 11 team points, placing 13th overall out of 22 scoring programs nationwide.
