In a tough battle to the Lakers of Finger Lakes Community College, the Herkimer Men's soccer team fell 4-3 in the NJCAA North B District Final. 

Star keeper Andrew Moulton faced seven shots on goal in today's contest, but four found their way through in the narrow defeat.  

It was Finger Lakes who went up early 2-0 over the Generals with goals in the 18th and 30th minutes before Dylan Pederson responded at the end of the period. 

The Lakers went up 3 to deter the Generals, but Rood Apolon stood strong and answered their third goal and cutting the lead to one at 3-2. 

Another goal from the opposing squad came in the 78th minute and Kaspar Klett Doesen's response in the 83rd minute was too late as the Generals could not tie it in the remaining seven minutes.
