Dietz and Zysk Qualify for National Championship

One year after Evan Crouse made history as the first Herkimer golfer to win a Region III Championship, the Generals continued its success on the course, with two golfers qualifying for the 2024 NJCAA Division III Golf Championship from June 4-7, 2024.

Freshmen Jaydon Dietz (New York Mills, NY) and Anthony Zysk (Little Falls, NY) both qualified for the championship after stellar performances in the Region III Championship earlier this week.

Dietz started off the tournament just three strokes off the lead, shooting a 78. He followed with a consistent round two, capping off the tournament with a total score of 158.

Zysk started off the tournament with an 86, but bounced back on the second day with an 84, finishing with a 170.
