First-Half Battle
The game started as a tight contest, with SUNY Adirondack showcasing their offensive prowess. Led by Tyre Williams, who tallied 23 points on 8-of-12 shooting, the Timberwolves kept pace with the Generals, ending the first half down by just one point, 40-39. Herkimer's balanced attack, however, set the tone. Sophomore Jayden Norris (St. Louis, MO) was dominant early, scoring inside and out to keep the Generals ahead. His tenacity on both ends of the floor helped Herkimer maintain a slim lead going into halftime.

Herkimer Pulls Away
The second half was a different story. Herkimer's offense exploded for 57 points, fueled by precision shooting and a relentless fast break. Norris, who finished the game with a spectacular 31 points on 11-of-18 shooting, led the charge. He also contributed seven rebounds, three steals, and a block, asserting his all-around impact. Dominance on the Boards and Defense
Herkimer's defensive effort and rebounding played a pivotal role in the victory. The team's swarming defense forced 15 turnovers, including 13 steals, disrupting Adirondack's rhythm throughout the second half.
Despite Adirondack's efficient three-point shooting (50% on 10-of-20), Herkimer's aggressive defensive pressure and high-percentage offense proved too much to handle.

Herkimer's ability to dominate in transition and on the boards showcased their growth as a team. Their depth was also evident, with contributions across the roster. Sophomore Nehemiah Yisrael (Brooklyn, NY) chipped in 11 points and six rebounds off the bench, further cementing the Generals' all-around effort.
