HERKIMER BEATS SUNY ADIRONDACK 80-59

Queensbury, N.Y. - The Herkimer Generals beat SUNY Adirondack 80-59 for their 10th straight victory.  This win marks the 8th time this season Herkimer has won by at least 18 points or more against their opponents.  Once again Herkimer had all 5 starters score double digits in points.  The team effort was lead by freshman guard Derrick Felder (Yonkers, NY) who scored 24 points for Herkimer.  Felder grabbed a double-double for the Generals as he would also contribute 14 points to the winning cause.  Shooters Meladd Daoud (Yonkers, NY) and Mattson Darrah (Porirua, New Zealand) grabbed 15 and 14 points respectively to help lead the attack for Herkimer.  Daoud would also pull down 15 rebounds giving him a double-double on the night as well.  

 

Herkimer goes on the road 12/9 to play OCC at 1 pm for their next match up.  The Generals will be looking to earn their 11th straight win.
