Herkimer, N.Y. - The Generals have now won 4 in a row after defeating Hudson Valley 88-69 at home. Herkimer's offensive surge was lead by Solomon Silas (Lagos, Nigeria) who dropped 18 points and picked up 6 rebounds against Hudson. All five starters for Herkimer finished with double digit point totals in the winning effort. Mattson Darrah (Porirua, New Zealand) was the next leading scorer for Herkimer with 16. Teshaun Beckles (Bronx, NY) added twelve points of his own including a dunk that gave Herkimer an energetic boost in the first half. Freshman Musa Pough (Brooklyn, NY) led all bench scorers with 11 points.
Herkimer is now 4-0 (4-0) going into their next contest home against Tompkins-Cortland on Wednesday November 14th at 7 pm.
