Syracuse, NY-- The Herkimer Generals men's basketball team defeated the Region III number one seed Onondaga on the Lazers' home court tonight for the program's fourth Region III championship in five years. Top scorers were #1 Justin Harley (Central Islip, NY) with 17 points and 9 rebounds; and side by side with him was #23 Tyquan Scott (Long Beach, NY) with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Herkimer advances to the National Championship tournament in Rochester, Minnesota March 16-18th.
