Bio

Brad Crysler was named the head coach of the Herkimer Softball program in August, 2024.
 
He joined the Herkimer College Softball coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2022, playing a key role in the program’s continued success. During his tenure, the Generals captured NJCAA Region 3 championships in both 2023 and 2024, finishing 3rd in the nation in 2023 and 7th in the nation in 2024.
 
With over a decade of experience as a head coach in various travel softball programs, Crysler has developed and mentored athletes at multiple levels, emphasizing skill development, game strategy, and leadership. His deep understanding of the game and ability to cultivate talent have made him a valuable asset to the Herkimer coaching staff.
 
A graduate of Le Moyne College, Crysler earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. His passion for the game extends beyond coaching, as his daughter, Kerrigan, is a pitcher for the Herkimer Softball Team.

Crysler continues to bring his extensive coaching experience and dedication to the Herkimer program, contributing to the team’s strong tradition of excellence on and off the field.
